Palm have thrown open the doors to their webOS SDK, making the Palm Mojo beta available to anybody with a valid email address. According to the company’s official blog, the submissions process for the App Catalog will open to all developers this fall.

Palm have announced that the GSM version of the Palm Pre will be exclusively available on O2 in the UK, Ireland and Germany, and Movistar in Spain. The smartphone will apparently be hitting shelves “in time for the [Christmas] holidays.”
