Video streaming site Hulu recently confirmed that it was adding a Plus tier of paid service ($9.99/month), and has created a preview site for users to request a “Preview Invite.” Clicking on that button leads you a few screens later to a survey with an intriguing set of choices for mobile platforms in use:
